Originally from Bend, Oregon, Chef Zach moved to Bozeman in 2017 to attend MSU and has proudly called the Gallatin Valley his home. He began working in professional kitchens at just 14 years old, steadily honing his craft and turning his passion into a lifelong career. Chef Zach is known for his creativity, thoughtful presentation, and commitment to crafting unique, memorable dining experiences. He has a deep appreciation for local and seasonal ingredients and values building meaningful connections with both clients and regional producers.
